1. “Light up the God- given gifts in you” (motivational gift training)
What is my potential? How can I gradually discover my gifts and abilities and find out just who I really am?
First we give an introduction of the different types of gifts, we make a precise destinction between natural and spiritual gift as well as calling.
Then there will be an extensive workshop to discover ones own motivational gifts, which are the natural gifts.
Following there will be an intensive teaching and training unit: How can I better evaluate my gifts and differentiate between them – how can I use them at home, at work, or in my free-time? Which are my strengths and my weaknesses?
2. “Gifts and Ministries”
What means equipping? We will define and combine the gifts of the Holy Spirit and the ministry gift with the motivational gifts. Are there obstacles (past, sin etc. )? What is my heritage? Do I need restoration or readjustment? Which possibilities do I have considering my individual gift combination?
The whole range of natural and spiritual gifts, especially creativity, character, temperament, learnt skills and more will be presented. It is checked if a calling is one of the ministries explained in Ephesians 4,11. Are there prophetic words, clear directions of God which indicate the direction of ones calling?
What is the big picture – what must be clarified, improved, or combined? Which direction is visible? What kind of development can be in the future?
How can all these parts of a puzzle fit together to a ministry? How do they combine with those of others? Where can it be put into practice? All this and more will be covered in this seminar.
3. “Discover your Calling”
What life-task can I recognise, do I need more insight, more training, or more continues progress?
Everyone has a unique destiny and a divine prepared calling – this ought to be anticipated and taken hold of.
Calling means to be called for a special task in life, for a certain purpose. The purpose sets the design – the design (gifts) show the purpose (calling).
To apprehend my individual design and appreciate it. To experience God's identity for me anew. To get out of own disruption into God's prepared works. To realise natural and spiritual steps of development towards a calling. To creatively develop ones own calling under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. This and more is content of this seminar.
4. “The First Church – the Early Church”
An exciting view back onto the Christian church of the first two centuries and its history. A coherent reflection of the most important incidents within a continuous historical development, together with an emphasis on the structural development of the church.
How the first Christians lived, how their spiritual life looked like, how their services and churches were organised.
The development of the first church – from organic life in private houses towards a church organisation and solidified institutions.
A look on planting of reproducing churches, which are networked with each other.
Building the church under consideration of aberrations in the past.
The importance of the Holy Spirit for the world, for the church and for the single person seen from a biblical perspective.
The three-folded work of the Holy Spirit.
The spring anointing and the river anointing of the Holy Spirit for a Christian – Being born again and being filled with the Holy Spirit.
Differentiation between the gifts of the Holy Spirit, the motivational gifts and the ministry gifts.

6. “Prophecy within the church”
Prophecy (the prophet) in the Old and in the New Testament.
Definition and explanation of prophecy – separation from unscriptural inspiration and gifting.

From perception over prophecy and the gifts of revelation to the prophet – four steps of development towards being a prophet.

7. “Leadership in the church”
Real fellowship (koinonia) in the church – the “Togethers” in the bible.
Discipleship one central point of a healthy church.
