Richard Schutty, married and father of 4 adult children, is a certified

social pedagogue, coach and adviser. Fourteen years he was working

in the area of social rehabilitation of drug adicts, alkoholics and exprisonars

with the Innere Mission, Salvation Army, Teen Challenge, and a welfare

work of the German Baptist Church.

Since 1992 he is dedicated to a teaching ministry, doing christian

seminars and schools. From 1995 bis 1998 he was pastoring a freechurch

in Essen. During this time he and his wife founded the T.A.U.B.E.-Lebensdienst 

with the focus to support welfare work and the church through schools,

seminars, consulting and others. His operating principles are decipleship,

churchplanting, networking and world mission.

As a personal coach he is comitted to strenghen and train ecpecially leaders

for their calling.
